Manufacturing efficiency

We will, of course, keep you informed about the production progress of your order. We manufacture 90% of your machine in house and ensure that schedules are ad-hered to. To achieve consistently high levels of quality, we co-operate with renowned service providers and only use high-quality components.

Safe machine acceptance process

The machine will be installed by the same people who were involved in manufactur-ing your cartoning machine. Comprehensive tests carried out prior to delivery, com-pliance with legal standards, a safe acceptance process (FAT/SAT), training during the on-site test run and detailed documentation will ensure trouble free installation and commissioning of your machine.

Operations support

Even after the machine is up and running, you can count on us – we provide support on the telephone and by e-mail or remote maintenance via modem, or we will send a technician. We will be your partner throughout the machine’s service life, supply you spare parts and take care of any needs you may have.
