Base frame

The base frame is the basis of any solid machine design and the prerequisite for precise product feeding as well as the smooth integration in production lines.

Folding carton magazine

The folding carton magazine is arranged in a space-saving way, can be adjusted with repeatable accuracy whenever format changeovers are required and enables simple and fast filling during production.

Folding carton erection system

A suction movement of a no-maintenance vacuum pump removes the folding cartons from the magazine, opens them and passes them on to the conveyor.

Product feeding

The product is placed into the folding carton either vertically or horizontally - fast, safely and gently. The feeder can be supplemented by a brochure feeder for pre-folded instruction leaflets and booklets, also in combination with a brochure folding device.

Closure front, rear

Besides the classical tuck-in and hot-melt closures other special and safety closures, imprints and embossings are possible as required by the application.

Operator guidance

The machines are operated via an easy-to-use, intuitive touch screen. Current ma-chine data and format-dependent settings can be called up conveniently and modi-fied.
